Only the data you provide yourself in the contact form or a breakdown report:

full name,
company name,
e-mail address,
phone number (optional),
the message itself — including the printer model and fault description if you give them.

4. Providing data is voluntary

Providing your data is voluntary but necessary for us to answer your enquiry. Without an e-mail address we have no way to send you a quotation.

5. Recipients of the data

The forms on this site are handled by the external message delivery service FormSubmit, which passes the contents of the form to our e-mail address. The data also reaches our e-mail provider and, where an order is fulfilled, the courier company and our accountants.

6. Retention period
